Spring Farm and Construction Equipment Consignment Sale.
By registering and bidding in this auction, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
- All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS". Item descriptions are provided by the seller, it is up to the buyer to inspect items before bidding. Top Knotch will not be held responsible for incorrect year, make, model, mileage or operating condition of an item. There are no returns or refunds.
- When bidding online, Top Knotch requires a valid credit card on file before being able to bid. Top Knotch reserves the right to charge this card with any winning totals accumulated during the auction by the bidder along with a 3.5% processing fee.
- Top Knotch charges a buyer's premium of 10%, there is an additional 2% fee for online bidders.
- Payment is to be made within 3 business days of the auction date. Accepted payments consist of cash, check, wire transfer, or credit/debit card. Personal or business checks must clear before the items can be removed from the lot. There is a 3.5% processing fee for all card transactions and $20 fee for payment made through wire transfer. If paying with a wire transfer, please contact us for wire instructions.
- VA sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form.
- Invoices will be emailed out within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If you have not received an invoice within this time, please check all spam/junk folders. Contact Top Knotch if you still did not receive an invoice.
- All items are to be removed from the lot by the following Wednesday of the sale. After Friday a $10 per day storage charge will accumulate until the buyer removes their items.
- Unless "no title" is listed in the description of the vehicles, it is assumed that the vehicle has a title. This does not apply to powersports and off-road vehicles.
- Top Knotch reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder for any reason.
